Description
This grant program provides funds to water/wastewater installation and improvements to communities in order to implement comprehensive, integrated, and innovative solutions to problems faced by their downtown districts. Applicants need to have completed a comprehensive downtown revitalization planning process in the past 5 years. Those applying for this grant must provide a minimum cash equivalent to 25% of the total grant award. Maximum award is $300,000.
How To Apply
- Interested parties must submit a Letter of Intent and verification of CDBG National Objective to the Office of Community Development.
- Eligible parties are then invited to submit an application.
