Description
Communities can use this funding for addressing serious and immediate threats to health and welfare which are declared state or federal disasters. Eligible projects must meet the following criteria that poses a serious and immediate threat to a community’s health or welfare, issue became a threat to the public’s health and safety within 18 months of submitting the application, is a project that the applicant cannot finance on its own, and it cannot be addressed with other funding sources.
