Description
This fund provides assistance to school administrative units to ensure that students have access to safe, healthy, and appropriate learning environments. Projects should identify needs in any of the following areas: health and safety, building systems, energy and water conservation, and learning space upgrades. This program is funded through MMBB and a portion of each loan is considered a grant and is forgiven. $1,000,000 maximum loan amounts per priority, per school building within a 5 year period.
