Description
Community and non-profit, non-community public water systems that have experienced recent events posing serious threat to health and welfare are eligible. Projects must meet requirements for eligibility for the DWSRF, but do not need to be on the project priority list. These projects are not eligible for principal forgiveness and the DWP has the discretion to determine what defines an emergency. There are no project limits and funds are based on availability at the time of the request.
