Description
Rural areas with populations of 20,000 or less with an unemployment rate of 19.5% and the median household income is below 90% of the state non-metropolitan median household income are eligible. Funds may be used for construction, enlarging, or improving community facilities for health care, public safety, and public service. Grants of up to 75% of total project costs are available base on need and available funding.
