Gap funding provided to water/wastewater systems for installation/improvements for local infrastructure activities included in a community development strategy which leads to future public and private investments. Maximum amount $50,000.

- Interested parties must submit a Letter of Intent to the Office of Community Development.

- Eligible parties are then invited to submit an application.
