Description
This program was designed to meet the specific needs of small water and wastewater systems by providing low-cost loans for short-term repair expenses, small capital projects, or pre-development expenses associated with larger projects. Loans will be awarded of up to $200,000 or 75% of total project costs (whichever is less). 3% interest rate with a maximum repayment period of 10 years. There are emergency loans available with 90-day no interest and immediate application turn around.
