Description
This loan fund was created to assist community water systems (except those regulated by the PUC), as well as all non-profit, non-transient, and non-community systems serving populations of 100 or less in complying with current or future Safe Drinking Water Act standards. The funding may be used to improve water treatment but excludes projects relating to the Total Coliform Rule. Grants awarded are up to $60,000 per project.
